How we do therapy will be based on your unique needs and preferred style of working.  I am trained in and can use cognitive-behavioral (CBT), Brainspotting, short-term/solution-focused, mindfulness-based, experiential, ecotherapy, humanistic/ psychodynamic, transpersonal therapies and more. There is no "one size fits all" therapy and together we will find the approach that works best for you.
